Drawing Skills of Candidates for Architectural Studies vs. Learning Outcomes of Graduates. Comparative Research Based on the Example of The Faculty of Architecture, Poznan University of Technology

Major changes in the organisation of teaching process at universities Poland had to be introduced response current pandemic situation and threat further spread SARS-CoV-2 virus. This article presents results research conducted Faculty Architecture, Poznan University Technology view pilot, experimental entrance exam that excludes evaluation drawing skills candidates for architectural studies 2020/21 recruitment process. The purpose was find a correlation between quality accepted BSc (engineer) programme studies, evaluated on basis their demonstrated during learning outcomes graduates. For purpose, authors hereof have carried out an analysis with use Spearman Rank Correlation formula. comparative has shown whose were highly did not necessarily rank as top grade scoring graduates first degree study programme, thus, it been good beginning do guarantee end studies. In effect, should become starting point discussion whether there are any justified grounds exams or portfolio works may replace effective criterion.
